It teaches that a person’s mental, emotional, and spiritual beings are all linked, and that any kind of unbalance between them leads to health problems and diseases. 

So, to be healthy, the goal of mending, ideas, feelings, and physical actions must all be in sync.Ayurveda has a very unique way of defining health and sickness. The main idea behind Ayurveda is that life is made up of the mind, body, soul, and spirit. The body and mind are prone to pain, but the spirit is not bound by these things. So, if you want to stay healthy and happy, you have to work towards keeping all of these things in balance. Only then can you get closer to your goal of living a long and healthy life.

These elements, called doshas, encompass Vata (comprising air and ether), Kapha (comprising water and earth), and Pitta (comprising fire and water). However, each individual typically exhibits a dominant influence of one or two doshas, forming their unique constitution. Thus, one’s Ayurvedic constitution is often characterized by either a single predominant dosha or a combination of two doshas, such as Vata and Kapha, Kapha and Pitta, or Vata and Pitta.
